Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & must be eligible for continuous success
  • Valid Commercial Class A or B Drivers License
  • Driving record must be clean enough to sustain coverage through the companies' insurance policy
  • Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others; able to clearly lead/direct operations involving multiple pieces of equipment
  • Work is performed outdoors with exposure to: sun, cold, wind, humidity, rain, and snow. Ground conditions may include mud and/or water
  • Familiarity with the local area roads
  • Must have at least two years of experience in operating an end dump truck

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform duties in a safe manner
  • This job requires the ability to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots and hearing protection
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, climb and reach around all areas of equipment
  • Lift 50 lbs. to waist level and carry 20 yards

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 90dbs
  • Wil work in varied environments (in all weather conditions: heat, cold, humid, dry and/or dusty conditions)
